Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘have refused to do their own thing as promised’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have seemingly gone against their own word of breaking apart from the Royal Family, a commentator claims.

On her YouTube channel, Brittany from the Royal News Network discussed how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex instead intend on using their titles to become self-styled royals in the United States.

Brittany continued to claim Harry and Meghan are fixated on making the world see their Firm fallout through their eyes.

She said: "They're trying to be royal in the US and from a brand perspective, the Royal Family need to be like, 'We are royal and you are not royals' because the brands are too confusing.'

"Harry and Meghan have refused to actually do their own thing like they pretty much promised they would that they want to make their own way and own money.

"But they're still pulling things from the monarchy to push themselves ahead.

"They're still using the time they had in the monarchy to try and get the rest of the world to see things in their perspective."

It comes as Harry is back in the UK for a court hearing against Daily Mail publisher Associated Newspapers over allegations of unlawful information gathering.

It is believed to be his first trip back home sine the Queen's funeral, though he is not expected to meet with either his father or his brother.

The duke is also taking legal action against the Home Office over his security arrangements after he was refused to be allowed to pay for police protection for himself and his family.

As the King's coronation draws nearer, it remains unclear whether the royal pair will be in attendance.

Palace staff have reportedly been told to factor the Sussex's into the arrangements, but this is thought to just be a plan to cover all eventualities.

Tensions are running at an all time high between the royal pair and the rest of the royal family following Harry's release of his bombshell memoir, Spare.

The book has since one on to become the best selling non-fiction book of the 21st century and accuses many royals of poor behaviour.
