Police have launched a frantic hunt for a missing child who vanished today while walking a puppy.
Brooke, aged 9, was last seen walking a bully pup in the former mining town of Ferndale, Rhondda.
South Wales Police say the girl was reported missing by her family after being last seen at around 3.30pm.
Brooke’s surname has not been given but she is described as around 4ft tall with long, brown, curly, shoulder-length hair.
The force said: ‘Brooke, aged 9, has been reported as missing by family.

‘She was last seen around 3.30pm this afternoon, Sunday 26th November, on Union Place, Tylorstown, Ferndale, walking a meryl-coloured pocket bully pup.
‘She is described as being around 4ft tall with long brown curly shoulder length hair. Brooke was last seen wearing a dark green coat with fur around the hood, bright pink trouser with big white spots on them.
‘Anyone who may have seen Brooke, or who has information which will help us find her, is asked to contact us by one of the below means quoting occurrence number 2300403025.’
