An OnlyFans star rubbished claims that AI images of "hot, naked women" would ever disturb the economy of the platform.

Laura Lux, who possesses over 2million followers on Instagram, went on a Twitter tirade on Monday (January 30) as she explained why real life women will always reign supreme on OnlyFans.

Lux started off by tweeting: "Anyone who thinks AI generated images of hot naked women is going to ruin the onlyfans economy for real life women has a fundamental misunderstanding of what OnlyFans is.

"People do not subscribe to my OnlyFans because they want to see a random naked woman, they subscribe to my OnlyFans because they want to see ME naked specifically based on a parasocial connection formed by following me on other social media platforms."

Lux spoke about how building a community of fans prior to OnlyFans has resulted in successful for those content creators who brought their legion of followers to the platform.

She added: "The people who are most successful on OnlyFans are the people who found success elsewhere first. you get OnlyFans subscribers when they say 'oh wow I have followed this girl on twitter for 4 years and now I get to see her p*ssy???? Sign me up.'"

She also commented on the appeal of real life women and their bodies compared to images generated through AI and how it'll never be "as interesting" as real bodies.

“T****s belonging to a realistic AI generated character” will never be as interesting as “t*****s belonging to a girl I subscribe to on YouTube” no matter how ‘perfect’ or conventionally attractive the AI image is," she tweeted.

Following her outburst online, Lux seemingly ruffled a few feathers as she said she was subject to "angry people" who personally messaged her.

She said: "Hmm this spread wider than I imagined it would and now I’ve got lots of angry people in my dms who missed the point entirely saying I’m an evil monster who abuses and manipulates men lmao."
