Moment homeowner takes drastic action after neighbour built fence through garden

A frustrated homeowner took matters into his own hands after his nightmare neighbour built a fence through their garden.

The row began when the structure was suddenly built infringing on their land.

The homeowners claim they then asked their neighbour to rectify it, but they refused.

Furious at the neighbour’s audacity, they took revenge by removing it plank by plank.

The moment was captured on video and posted onto the TikTok account @unbewreathable, with the caption: “My neighbors fence is on our property…we’ve asked them to partner with us to correct it…they refused…so here we are!”

The video, believed to have been filmed in the US, has since wracked up 664,000 likes and more than 11,000 comments.

However, it received a mixed response from viewers.

Some appeared to support the homeowner’s brash actions, with one person saying: “Good job people should respect your boundaries. Don’t put fence on someone else land and expect them to agree whether it is 3ft or 1ft don’t matter.”

Another added: “Normalize not allowing your neighbors to run over you for easing tension.if their fence stays there, they gain that property.”

Meanwhile a third said: “I love the pettiness,” followed by two laughing face emojis.
