Kidnapped family including baby girl taken into truck at gunpoint found dead
A family of four including a baby girl just eight months old has been found dead in an orchard after they were kidnapped at gunpoint in a brutal attack.
Sickening security camera footage showed brothers Amandeep Singh, 39, and Jasdeep Singh, 36, with their hands zip-tied behind their backs as they were taken into a truck by a masked figure who then drove off.
Just minutes later the kidnapper returned to take Jasleen Kaur, 27, and young Aroohi Dheri from the family’s trucking business in Merced, about 125 miles southeast of San Francisco in the San Joaquin Valley where the sick crime occurred.

Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke told a press conference they understand the family was taken by a convicted robber who attempted suicide the day after the kidnapping.
Horrified cops are yet to establish a motive for the heinous killings but announced 48-year-old Jesus Salgado as a person of interest.
Warnke told a press conference: “Our worst fears have been confirmed.
“There’s no words right now to describe the anger I feel and the senselessness of this incident.
“There’s a special place in hell for this guy. We have a whole family wiped out and for what? We don’t know yet.”

He did not confirm how or when the tragic family were killed but said they were discovered by a farm worker in a remote area.
The sheriff said the victim’s families had been notified of their deaths, adding: “We’re hoping that they can now at least have some kind of closure.
“It’s not the closure we were hoping for; it’s not the closure they were hoping for.”
