Bloke had sick beastiality videos and sick footage of man putting drill in penis

A sick bloke was found with a collection of disturbing bestiality videos and shock clips of someone putting a drill into his own penis.

Depraved Scott Fleming was found with footage showing adults performing sexual acts with animals like horses, pigs and dogs when police searched his house two years ago.

In addition to these horrifying videos, 27-year-old Fleming was discovered to have downloaded an even more shocking film showing a man having a "live moving drill" inserted into his penis. He admitted possessing extreme pornographic material between March 19 and May 10, 2021 at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last month, Edinburgh Live reports. But he will not sign the Sex Offenders Register due to a legal twist.

Defence agent Jay MacAskill revealed that her client, currently jobless, derived "no sexual gratification in possessing such videos". Last month, the court was told that police arrived at Fleming's home with a search warrant on May 10, 2021. An officer detailed how other police from the National Child Abuse Unit searched the property and seized electronic devices including a mobile phone, a laptop and an external hard drive.

During the search, four MP4 videos were found on Fleming's phone showing "sexual acts between an adult female and a horse, a pig and an adult male and a dog", and one also featured "an adult female and an adult male inserting a live moving drill into another man's penis".

But because his sentencing involved being given a supervision order, not a jail term, Sheriff Adrian Fraser specified that the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 "do not apply to the circumstances of this offence". According to UK law, if you are found guilty of having extreme pornography, you can only be put on the Sex Offenders Register if your prison sentence is more than 12 months.

But Fleming's case was brought up in summary form which meant he couldn't get a custodial sentence exceeding 12 months. So instead, he has been given a nine-month supervision order and must do 162 hours of unpaid work in the community.
