Mr Habib, who is standing to be an MEP in the London region for Nigel Farage’s new party, branded the Prime Minister’s divorce deal and the Labour leader’s plan versions of Remain. Mrs May and Mr Corbyn are currently taking part in cross-party talks in a bid to reach a compromise over Brexit.
Mr Habib said: “Every deal that is being discussed in Parliament at the moment, the Government’s deal as well as the proposals made by Labour, are just different complexions of Remain. There is no Leave on the agenda.”
The property fund manager also accused Mrs May of defying the people who voted to leave the EU with her divorce deal.
He said: “It is not just ignoring the people’s will, it’s going against the people and her own manifesto.
“A central part of the Conservative Party’s 2017 manifesto was to honour the referendum and it says to leave with or without a deal and no deal is better than a bad deal.
“They are going wilfully against it, it is absolutely outstanding.”
It comes as the Brexit Party is expected to sweep the board in next Thursday’s European elections.
The new party is in the lead with 34 percent of votes, according to a recent poll by YouGov.
Labour trail behind in second place with just 16 percent of votes, while the Tories are wiped out after the Lib Dems and the Greens in fifth place with only 10 percent.
The Brexiteer MEP candidate said: “I hope we win big and I hope we light a metaphorical fire under the Government and Parliament so that these people recognise that there is strong will out in the UK for the result of the referendum to be given effect to.”
Mr Habib, who was a Tory donor before he switched to join Mr Farage, added: “You would think Theresa May would have already got the message, she was thoroughly smashed in the local elections.
“Polls of her membership say two-thirds are going to vote for the Brexit Party rather than the Tory party, you would think she would be falling on her sword by now.
“The Tory party is in self-destruct mode. She is not just a bad negotiator, she is a bad planner and a bad manager and through her bad management and her ineptitude she is destroying the Tory party.”
