Rare footage shows 20ft great white shark believed to be ‘biggest ever’
A resurfaced clip of the "largest great white shark ever captured on camera" has dropped the jaws of viewers around the world after being shared online.
Great white sharks are one of the largest predators in the world's oceans – with up to 300 terrifying teeth and growing to an average length of 15-16 feet.
However, this underwater beast far surpassed that as it was estimated to be around 20-foot long, in the video which was shared online by shark expert and marine biologist Mauricio Hoyos Padilla.

Scientists speculated the shark was around 50 years old at the time, and appeared to be pregnant as one report described her as having the "girth of a small elephant".
The clip of the predator, which was nicknamed Deep Blue, was originally captured back in 2015 off the coast of Mexico’s Guadalupe Island – but it has since resurfaced on Reddit.
In the video, the great white seems remarkably unbothered while swimming near the divers – two of whom were caged.
However, there was one who seemed to be uncomfortably exposed for viewers, as one said: “We’re going to need a bigger ocean.”
Another wrote: “Deep Blue. She’s such a beauty!”
A third commented: “Way too impressive, beautiful!”
