Vladimir Putin has an "unkillable" enemy who just won't die, and after three failed car crash assassinations and a poisoning, the "mafia state" is not stopping.
The "complicated tale" of Igor Sychev is a long-running and niggling trouble for the Russian president. Exiled Igor claims a number of attempts on his life were made, including three deliberate car crashes.
Fleeing Russia back in 2016 following an attempt to take a Russian fertiliser company to court, Igor has since claimed there were multiple threats against him and his family. Some proved more horrifying than others as he faces "physical elimination".

Despite a number of failed attempts to bump off the bloke, Putin is relentless in trying to see his plan through, and according to Professor Anthony Glees, he shows no signs of stopping.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Professor Glees said: "Putin's goons want him to drop his case against the Russian Govt which is that in return for 'helping' PhosAgro 'settle tax disputes' he was promised one per cent of the company’s shares but never got it.
"He sued PhosAgro, a massive chemical fertiliser business, which seems to be owned these days by Putin's chums including Putin's tutor at university, and they did not like this one bit. The result was three near fatal car crashes in Moscow.
"PhosAgro used to be owned by oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky who was an early chum of Putin's but they fell out and he now lives in London and he has stated he's become a leading – and very wealthy – political opponent of Putin. These threats appear to have been made by Russian agents in the UK."
Expert Glees alleges threats made on the life of Igor come from Russian agents based in the UK, with threats to kill him, his wife and children "entirely credible".
He continued: "We know that Putin's military intelligence officers feel perfectly able to come to the UK (e.g. Salisbury) and kill and poison and will. Whether Mr Sychev has done wrong or not isn't the point. The point is that threats to kill him are emanating from the UK. That's not good.
"There is a link between Sychev and Mikhail Khodorkovsky. To me this reveals, yet again, the extent to which in its heart of hearts Putin's Russia is a criminal mafia state.
"The very use of Russian natural resources, which belong to the Russian people, here the phosphates, being exploited by Putin for personal gain, being handed to his chums, then pulled back again where they've fallen out shows exactly how the evil Russian dictator wields criminal power with single-minded malice over his own country and people, let along Ukraine."
A spokesperson for PhosAgro, reported by The Mirror, called the allegations levelled at them by Igor as "wild and unsubstantiated". They claim they have paid Igor his money, though the exiled Russian says he has lived in constant fear for nine years.
