A tiny studio apartment in Bristol that is so small it has a bed on top of a sofa has gone up for sale for £140,000.
With sleeping quarters located directly above the lounge area, potential buyers would barely have to move to go to bed after watching TV.
While the kitchen can also be found just a few feet away in the tiny flat.
The property, in the heart of Bristol city centre, was initially listed for £160,000 in January, but has seen £20,000 knocked off of the asking price in the time since.

Estate agents Connells, who are selling the flat via Zoopla, described the flat as a ‘truly unique opportunity’ to own a ‘modern studio apartment’ in the middle of the city.
The added: ‘The property is perfectly positioned amongst some of Bristol’s most celebrated restaurants, bars and local attractions, for example the harbourside docks, the SS Great Britain, the Hippodrome Theatre and Arnolfini Art Gallery.
‘This property boasts a contemporary decor; with white high-gloss kitchen units and quality integrated appliances, a well-proportioned and modern shower room, as well as an open plan and incredibly low-maintenance living space.
‘A perfect starter property for a first-time buyer, a promising investment for buy-to-let purchasers, or an ideal home for professionals.’
However, eagle-eyed locals have noticed that there is no easy way to reach the bed, which is held above the sofa by a structure similar to scaffolding.

Lucy Harrison joked: ‘One-hundred-and-forty thousand Great British Pounds to have your bed suspended above your sofa in your kitchen.
‘I didn’t think Bristol had reached London levels of madness but here we are.’
Lucy also joked that the only way to access the bed would be to jump on a pogo stick.
While Gareth Rutter commented: ‘I mean the suspension method looks dodgy.’
And another person added: ‘Very bijou. Me thinks someone is having a laugh.’
The studio apartment, in the heart of Bristol, features a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area as well as a bed – though there is no easy way to fall asleep, because there doesn’t appear to be a ladder to aid with climbing above the sofa
This isn’t the first time that a tiny apartment has gone on the market for such a large fee, and last month a studio flat in London that didn’t have a bed was listed for £900-a-month.
The miniscule apartment is even smaller than the six-yard box on a football pitch and the estate agent described the furnished property as ‘fantastic’.
Inside, the owner crammed in a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave, leather sofa and table and the flat also features a toilet and shower – but no bed.
While a property in Edgware, North London, that appeared to be no larger than a garden shed had also been put on the market for £499,950.
The bungalow featured two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and a living area that includes a kitchen. It extended across 472 sq ft, which is the equivalent of a fifth of a tennis court.
The bungalow’s marketing literature pointed out that it has a gated driveway entrance, off-street parking and a large skylight.
