A MUM has told how she met her husband when he was working as a stripper.
Shannon Matthews, 23, had gone to see male strip show Dreamboys to celebrate a pal's birthday – and was given a sexy lap dance by Jordan Darrell.
Two years later the pair tied the knot and now have an eight-month-old son called Ruben.
Shannon believes she and former Rita Ora backing dancing Jordan are soulmates after they met at the Pavillions in Bournemouth in 2018.
The mum told the Sunday People: “It was just a typical girls’ night out – a bit of fun. I did think I caught Jordan looking at me as I watched the show. But I didn’t think anything of it.
“He could have been looking at any of the girls in the audience, to be honest. All the boys are very seductive with their eyes. Five minutes later, one of the boys came down and pulled me up on stage.

“Jordan says he arranged for it to happen after seeing me in the crowd, but I will have to take his word on that!
"I was made to sit in this chair and had a dance with a couple of the boys before it was Jordan’s turn.
"I remember him coming out and sliding towards me on his knees.
“Then he did a chair routine and it was really cute. I behaved myself but I was tempted, I’m not going to lie.
"He was on my lap and putting my hands on him and I remember being thrown up in the air.

“My friend recorded the whole thing but I lost my phone, which upsets me as I could have shown Ruben the video of how we met.”
After the show at a meet and greet, Jordan asked Shannon on a date – and the two have been inseparable ever since
Shannon explained: “He was really sweet. I did wonder if I’d ever hear from him again. I thought he probably says that to all the girls.
“But he called me the next day when I was with my housemate. I was running around my living room screaming.
"We were on the phone for ages and you know what it’s like when you talk to someone and you feel like you’ve known them forever.”
And while he still works as a Dreamboy, Shannon doesn't care.

“I’ve been to the show so I know it’s a performance. They bring every type of girl on stage and make them all feel welcome."
