Health Secretary Matt Hancock was approached by reporters who asked if he had watched much of former chief aide Dominic Cummings giving evidence at a joint committee today. Mr Hancock said he did not watch much of his “performance” but was instead working on the vaccination programme. The minister then sheepishly said he was “saving lives” and would release a full statement in the House of Commons tomorrow.
